Quotes and scope
Quotes are fixed and valid for 30 days. The scope identified in the written quote defines the work included. Additional work is quoted separately and requires approval before it begins.
Payment
Projects are invoiced 50% at the start and 50% on launch unless otherwise stated in the applicable quote or agreement. Hardware is paid in full before delivery. Maintenance is generally billed per issue at $30 to $50.
Ownership
Upon final payment, applicable project files and client-owned assets are transferred or maintained for the client as described in the applicable agreement. Third-party software, components and services remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
Timelines
Project timelines depend on timely receipt of required content, approvals and feedback. Delays may result in corresponding adjustments to delivery dates.
Hardware returns & warranties
Hardware returns are subject to the NexFoundry Digital Return & Refund Policy, applicable manufacturer or distributor terms, and applicable law. Opened, configured, activated, special-order, clearance, software and licence products may be non-returnable or subject to restrictions or restocking charges. NexFoundry Digital can assist with manufacturer warranty claims where applicable, but manufacturer warranty terms and procedures remain controlled by the manufacturer.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and tested as appropriate before delivery. Any limitation of liability is subject to the applicable agreement and rights that cannot legally be excluded.
